NLSC meets every Thursday evening, fencing between 7:50pm - 10:00pm

Our training sessions are designed to improve all our members fencing ability. To achieve your maximum potential as a sabre fencer you need to understand and develop your technical ability, fighting skills and tactical knowledge together with the physical fitness to perform in competition.

• Warm-up and flexibility training
• Footwork
• Group coaching: pairs and skills exercises
• Individual lessons
• Free fencing

Training sessions are £24/month for adults, £18/month for juniors, £7/session for visitors.
